Els Eerdekens is the Director of People Operations at Temerity Capital Partners, where she focuses on fostering healthy work cultures and excellent employee experiences for Temerity and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Temerity, Els built and led the People function at Oliver, a tech company based in Austin, TX. Previously, Els developed and managed people initiatives for NYU College of Dentistry in New York City. Els started her career working as an organizational development consultant in Belgium, where she advised and supported organizations and their team members in diverse industries.  

Els holds an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from KULeuven, in Belgium.
